一、學校簡介

香港中文大學（深圳）是一所經國家教育部批準，按中外合作辦學條例設立，傳承香港中文大學的辦學理念和學術體系的大學。以創建一所立足中國、面向世界的一流研究型大學為己任，致力于培養具有國際視野、中華傳統和社會擔當的創新型高層次人才。

經過六年多的發展，大學學科建設已逐步完善，現有經管學院、理工學院、人文社科學院、生命與健康科學學院和數據科學學院五個學院和一個研究生院。醫學院與音樂學院也已經開始籌建。截至目前，大學已開設17個本科專業，23個研究生（碩士、博士）項目。目前，來自世界各地的7000多名優秀學子正在港中大（深圳）求學。

大學面向全球招聘，已建立一支具國際水準的師資隊伍，截至2020年底，大學已引進世界知名教師380多位，其中包括諾貝爾獎得主4位，圖靈獎得主2位，菲爾茲獎獲得者1位，國內外院士18位，IEEE會士19位，國家級專家人才50余人，省市區各類高層次人才項目入選者400余人。目前引進的教師100%具有在國際一流高校執教或研究工作經驗，75%以上的教授年齡在40周歲以下，是一批具有國際視野、富有創新精神和教書育人熱忱的優秀教師。

香港中文大學（深圳）建校以來，以創新驅動為指引，以粵港澳大灣區需求為導向，在計算機與信息技術、人工智能與機器人、大數據與科學數據、材料科學、新能源、生物醫藥、臨床醫學、經濟金融、物流以及人文社科等學科領域積極打造國際化科技創新平臺，組建國家級工程實驗室、廣東省重點實驗室等各級科研創新平臺40個；承擔一批重大重點項目，獲省市認定創新團隊9個，累計獲批科研經費超過10億元；產出了一批包括Nature、Science論文在內的高水平科研成果。2018年，大學入選高水平大學重點學科建設高校，計算機科學與技術、應用經濟學、生物學、材料科學與工程被列作重點建設學科，目前機器人與人工智能、大數據與數據科學、通信系統、現代生物信息工程、經濟金融與物流、新型材料科學等重點學科均已經走在國內乃至國際前列。

大學注重國際交流和學生國際視野的培養，截至2020年12月底，港中大（深圳）開展實質性交流與合作的境外名?；锇橐殉^110所。遍布世界29個國家和地區，各類國際合作項目近200個。

二、學科方向

招聘學科涵蓋管理科學與工程、金融學、經濟學、信息系統學、會計學、市場營銷學、金融科技、數學及應用數學、統計學、運籌學、數據科學與工程、信息科學與工程、計算機科學與技術、電子工程、機械工程、光學工程、控制工程、工業與制造工程、物理學、化學、能源工程、材料科學、生物醫學工程、生物信息學、藥學、生命科學、細胞生物學和分子生物學、心理學、語言學等。

3申報條件

申報人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或在2019年9月1日后回國（來華）工作；引進后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，并全職回國工作不少于3年。

1、領軍人才：

（1）取得博士學位；（2）在海外著名高校、科研機構擔任相當于副教授及以上職務，或在國際知名企業擔任高級職務的專業技術人才；（3）在本學科取得突出成績。

2、優秀青年人才：

（1）年齡不超過40周歲；（2）取得博士學位，有連續36個月海外工作經歷，在海外取得博士學位且業績特別突出的，可適當放寬工作年限要求。

四、崗位待遇

領軍人才：國家級科研經費資助300萬元，學校給予科研啟動經費200-500萬元；各級人才生活補貼300-600萬元。

優秀青年人才： 國家級科研經費資助100-300萬元，學校給予科研啟動經費100-500萬元；各級人才生活補貼200-400萬元。

？ 薪資待遇：學校提供豐厚的年薪（與香港中文大學相當），符合條件的可享受境外高端緊缺人才個稅優惠，按15%稅率標準，超出部分由深圳市財政給予個稅補貼返還。

The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen was founded in accordance with the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools upon approval by the Ministry of Education. 2. Position Specifications

The specifications and qualifications are detailed as below:

Not yet come back to China to work full-time, or come back to China to work after September 1, 2019. Successful applicants are required to work full-time for 3 years at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.

Program 1: Leading Professor Program

Applicants should (1) have obtained a doctorate degree from a world renowned university; (2) Associate professor or equivalent in a prestigious university or R&D institute; and/or senior technical or managerial professional in a company or financial institution outside Mainland China; (3) Have achieved outstanding achievements in the field.

Program 2: Young Talent Program

Applicants should (1) Not over 40 years old at time of application; (2) have obtained a doctorate degree and have no less than three years continuously research experience outside China (Exceptions will be given to applicants with extraordinary research achievement).

四、崗位待遇

領軍人才：國家級科研經費資助300萬元，學校給予科研啟動經費200-500萬元；各級人才生活補貼300-600萬元。

3. Benefits

Program 1: Leading Professor Program

(1) Startup fund of 3 million RMB from the Central Government and another 2 to 5 million offered by the University; (2) Signing bonus of 3 to 6 million RMB.

Program 2: Young Talent Program

(1) Startup fund of 1 to 3 million RMB from the Central Government and another 1 to 5 million offered by the University; (2) Signing bonus of 2 to 4 million RMB.

CUHK-Shenzhen will provide successful applications with a competitive salary package commensurate to his/her experience and comparable to the corresponding teaching staff salary levels in CUHK. CUHK-Shenzhen will contribute to the successful applicant’s social security program including pension, health insurance, ect..

Candidates who meet the conditions can declare the Individual Income Tax (IIT) Subsidies for Overseas High-Level Talents. According to the tax rate standard of 15%, the excess part will be returned by the financial department of Shenzhen.

CUHK-Shenzhen will provide successful applications with spacious offices, well-equipped laboratories, and sufficient research start-up fund based on the research specifications. The University will also provide full support for the successful applications to build up their research groups.

CUHK-Shenzhen will also provide service in children education (the affiliated kindergarten, the affiliated primary and secondary schools); the employment of spouses; commercial insurance purchase; on-campus housing, research project application; work permits and visa application, etc..
