報(bào)告題目：Theory and Applications of Eigenstrain Method to Solve Contact Problems
Abstract：
In this talk the general theory of eigenstrains as developed by Mura and others will be used to show their efficiency in the area of micromechanics. Particular emphasis will be on extending the methods developed by Eshelby for an inclusion and for an inhomogeneous inclusion. Recently solutions have been derived for the point eigenstrain and cuboidal inclusion problem, where the results are shown in a consistent form. The numerical implementation will be based on the fast Fourier transform algorithms. Demonstrations of speed and efficiently will be shown by some selected examples.

美國(guó)工程院院士、美國(guó)西北大學(xué)Water P. Murphy講席教授。1962年在美國(guó)明尼蘇達(dá)大學(xué)獲博士學(xué)位。主要研究方向是細(xì)觀力學(xué)、接觸力學(xué)、摩擦學(xué)等。是美國(guó)多個(gè)協(xié)會(huì)（ASME， ASCE， AAM， ASA）的Fellow，獲得ASME的Daniel C. Drucker獎(jiǎng)和Mayo D. Hersey獎(jiǎng)
